capture

Through the Chrysopoeia web application, administrators configure which devices to monitor, what data to capture, and how frequently to sync data to the cloud. The web interface provides access to the data, allowing users to browse, download, and analyze previously captured information directly within the application.  Files are read-only and all versions of a file are maintained and accessible.

This non-intrusive approach makes Chrysopoeia ideal for environments with legacy systems, strict change management policies, or where installing additional software would be impractical.

  • Captures data from on-premise devices without installing agents or software on the devices themselves

  • Automatically transfers and stores all captured data securely in Amazon S3 buckets

  • Complete control through the intuitive Chrysopoeia web application

  • Manage all data capture settings, schedules, and mappings from one dashboard

  • Track data collection status and receive alerts for any collection issues

explore

Chrysopoeia’s Explore feature enhances the core platform by providing powerful search capabilities across all captured data stored in S3. This add-on module automatically processes and indexes incoming data for comprehensive discovery and analysis.  An additional user interface allows users to organize data by device and provides device metrics, device file capture settings, and seamless exploration

  • Automatically parses and indexes file contents, not just metadata, regardless of format (logs, CSVs, PDFs, images, etc.)

  • Find relevant information using everyday language queries rather than complex syntax.

  • New data is indexed as it arrives in S3, making it immediately searchable

  • File capture monitoring allows Chrysopoeia to determine instrument utilization for planning and efficiency decision making.

flow

Chrysopoeia Flow is the ultimate solution for data management, artificial intelligence, automation, and processing.

  • A platform which allows for automated parsing, transformation, and integration of the data with other applicationsrogrammatically.  For example results could be parsed and automatically sent to Benchling or other lab management systems.  This is provided by simple python scripts and execution is event driven by the appearance of new files.  AirFlow is an open source solution provided by Amazon as a service.

  • Integrate with your own models, or 100+ foundational LLMs to parse, interpret, and generate novel insights from your data
